Who are we ?
Suki Suki is a Swiss company with a Japanese soul.
Founded in 2024, its mission is to introduce authentic Japanese Taiyaki to the heart of Switzerland, from Lausanne to Zurich and beyond.
Our food truck travels across cities and festivals, bringing freshly made Taiyaki and soft serve to delight locals and visitors alike. Every treat is crafted with passion, creativity, and love for Japanese flavors.
What is a Japanese Taiyaki ?
Let us introduce you to Taiyaki (たい焼き), a traditional Japanese street food dessert shaped like a fish, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
